Thanksgiving recap

We had a nice quiet little family dinner together and all went well. I cooked the turkey after brining for 24hrs in a lemon salt bath and other assorted spices. Also made a pumpkin pie and Emilynda made a wonderful wild rice stuffing and green beans. As an appetizer we had a venicin salad. All and all a great day and good family weekend.
