Had a chance to go to a Washington Nationals game as part of a retirement event for Emilynda's former co-worker. The seats were in the outfield with plenty of room for food and toddler movement. We even had a server that brought us anything we wanted. Alex and Josh also received two game used baseballs from the batting practice before the game and that was a fun gift for them. They also bought two miniature bats courtesy of the tickets we had which included $20 each for food and whatever. A very fun time and hope to do it again. Nat's lost however but the fun was priceless!

Kiddos are really growing!
I just uploaded a new pic to my homepage and realized that the boys have really grown up this past year. I know they are growing but you don't ever notice it until you look at old pictures compared to the current ones. Alex is a real little person with lots of drama and attention to detail in all that he does. Josh is talking more and more and makes a small sentence from time to time. He loves to say "NOPE" with an emphasis on the p sound at the end of the word. Since the warm weather has arrived here in Va we have been hitting the local parks and riding the bike more from place to place. We also had a fun mothers day with a cookout and some fun Philippino food.

He's Two!
The little one is a big two today and loving it. We had a cool day at home watching noggin, Napping and playing in his room with his big brother. Mommy got home and baked him a cake and we sang the ritual happy birthday song. His Grandpa and Grandma called too to wish the little man a happy birthday. I have said this before but how time flies as it seems just last month that he was born. He now eats more then his big brother does! Crazy!

Unofficial start of spring?
It is march 1st and I declare this the start of spring! Problem is that we are getting snow right now and expect to receive 4 to 8 inches by the end of the night. Cold temperatures on the way as well so not so spring like. We have had a good couple of days with near to above normal temperatures for some good hikes with the boys so can't complain too much. Gotta start to plan our garden plantings this year and maybe start some slower seeds to help get the spring feeling in the house. Boys are growing strong and really look forward to some playground stuff soon after this storm goes through and melts...
